Edit SEDML without model

Currently it is not possible to edit a file when the models cannot be resolved. this needs to be fixed

I think I found the issue you were mentioning, and it ought to be possible now to edit documents using the XML even if models are not resolvable. Please let me know whether that does not solve your issue ...
